Keep grabbing your customer’s attention by engaging, contacting them and showing them that they matter. Every business wants customers but very few explain or tell them why they matter. So do keep in touch with your customers either via your handle or a direct message and let them know how much you appreciate their custom.

Exploring Possibilities
Most times you will have one service or product and one type of customer. Challenge yourself and explore other lines you can add to your inventory so that you get a different type of customer form the one you currently have.
If you already have something in your line that you can add, now is the time to start thinking about how you can offer it. Alternatively ask customers what you can add to help them make a buying decision. Do they want a free sample? Do they want a longer period of payment? Do they want a free delivery? Be bold, experiment.
Experimenting can be costly but always remember that you are in control and can always drop something if it is not doing your business any good. You are in it to make money, after all.
Getting Organized
Your business deserves the best and it deserves your deepest commitment. Commitment and the best does not mean more time, it can mean getting better organized. Organize your stock and other materials so you know exactly where everything is.
This will mean that when a people call you have the information at your fingertips or in a file on your mobile a click away. The information should be at the ready to send and if you need to.
It also means that when you get to your business premises or handle, you must do the important first. Answer the query, send the product and make the order. Do the things that will make you money first!
