Eng. Sandra Mukuka Says; “Why Your Small Business Needs To Go Online”

We asked Sandra why going on line for a small business is important, and this what she had to say;

It is an Address

If you have something to sell and you want people to find your product easily, and buy it, then you need to get online. A website is your address, and a place where people can find you and what you are selling. If, your customers can’t find you, they will find someone else. This includes your loyal customers!

Going online means you are easy to find-at the tap of a button.”

It Shows You Mean Business

Small as you are, you want people to know that you exist, and that you are serious about what you are offering. Also that just like any big business online you also want to attract customers and to tell consumers about your product.

Getting online shows you are serious about the product and want to show people how they can buy it.

You Will Grow

Rome was not built in a day – You may be starting small, but you can grow. And being online is the best possible place to grow (the world is going digital). To promote, build some clout and credibility, to stand out and give the competitors some competition, one just has to build an online platform. These days to be competitive you have to be online because if not- you will miss out on opportunities.

To grow you need to be attracting future customers. And that can only be done if you are always visible.

You are making a Business Pitch

A website is a platform that will represent and show off who you are to people (an online audience acts like your resume), and among those people may be a potential business partner. Your site therefore is where you can showcase your product(s) or service(s).

A website will show the possible investor or collaborator if your business is the right choice for them.

She is target driven, hardworking, organized, committed, and a very fast learner – well demonstrated by her being the first International student to complete a 4 year degree program in 3 years at HZNU – Institute of Service Engineering.

A good website guides visitors to the product or service you offer and tells them how they can contact you.
